Combining decades of experience in corporate leadership, customer service, sales, operations, and property maintenance, the trio built On The Grind to bring hands-on dedication and professional quality to every job. From valet trash, pet station maintenance, and power washing, their goal has always been to make property upkeep effortless for clients while enhancing the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of each community they serve.

United by a strong work ethic and a commitment to their local roots, Dori, Melinda, and Chris lead On The Grind with the belief that great service starts with trust, attention to detail, and a personal touch.
